At Zimmer and Peacock we will not use a technology in the development of a biosensor, or IVD that we can’t later scale in manufacturing.

In the photo opposite a couple of engineers are setting up a knife cutter for preparing adhesive pieces that we will use to form microfluidic devices. 

 

Please note the the working areas of the cutter is about 2 meters long, which tells you that we can produce thousands of microfluidic devices per hour.
