Below are the instruction for how ZP prepares our current chloride resilient solutuon. Feel free to change the actual volumes but keep the ratios, also watch the adjacent video.
Decant 300 µL of ZP Chloride resilient premix (ZPCH 900-000-00246) into a 0.5mL Eppendorf tube.
Add 10 µL of ZP Chloride resilient activation solution (ZPCH 900-000-00506)
Vortex the tube immediately until the contents of the tube are homogeneous
