On this page we show three demonstrations where we are able to detect and quantify three flavours/actives in three foods/beverages, namely: CAFFEINE, GINGEROL and CAPSAICIN. You will see the  rapid determination of caffeine in coffee, the gingerol in ginger and the capsaicin in chilli.
