In this module on the ZP Academy we describe a simple kitchen experiment for the analysis of the caffeine in coffee and Red Bull, using the ZP Hyper Value Screen Printed Electrode and PalmSens’ Sensit Smart potentiostat.
All chemicals used in this experiment were purchased from the local Grocery Store.
This note and the accompanying video demonstration are intended to give a quick and easy introduction to the Sensit smart, screen printed electrodes and a first quick start in wine analysis.
