One of the biggest issues in screen printed electrodes is reproducible manufacture of electrodes. Every day people are receiving screen printed electrodes but are very dissatisfied with the electrode repeatability. At ZP we are very aware of this problem and so so you can see from the adjacent image that ZP has cracked the issue of manufacturing repeatability with screen printed electrodes.
