This webinar demonstrates a rapid, handheld system for testing drinking water quality, focusing on copper and lead detection. The presenter prepares a tap water sample mixed with a lead buffer, spiking it with excess lead for demonstration. Using the Sensei platform and a smartphone app, the sample is analyzed in about four minutes. The device measures metal concentrations via electrochemical detection, providing real-time results, raw data storage, and PDF reports via an API. The system simplifies water testing, offering quick, reliable heavy metal detection without lab delays. Results show high lead levels (1900 ppb) and expected copper levels (898 ppb).
